Extraspace Solutions has been providing modular and prefabricated buildings to clients in industry, construction, healthcare and education since 1994.
We provide innovative solutions through a wide range of modular building systems, as well as flexible portable buildings and storage containers.
From our initial base in Dublin, Extraspace Solutions has opened offices in Cork and Belfast, becoming a leading modular construction provider throughout Ireland. The company has also recorded steady growth in the UK in recent years.
Our strong track record in modular and portable buildings and off-site construction is reflected in several major milestones in our company history. These include achieving accreditation from:

Framework agreements
In 2006 Extraspace Solutions was awarded a framework agreement for Modular and Portable Buildings, as an accredited supplier to Buying Solutions (formerly OGCbuying.Solutions).
Buying Solutions is the largest Professional Buying Organisation (PBO) in the UK public sector, and puts all its potential suppliers through a rigorous, competitive tendering process.
This ensures that it awards framework agreements only to companies that supply the highest quality of products and services at the best prices and that are fully compliant with statutory requirements.
Our company is one of only seven pre-approved modular builders in the framework agreement. Under the scheme Extraspace Solutions provides modular building solutions to a diverse customer base in the UK, ranging from the biggest government departments to local councils and through to the smallest schools.
