Quality Statement
Extraspace Solutions maintains a quality management policy to ensure that we continuously attain improved customer satisfaction and improved efficiency, identifying problems early and rectifying them to minimise costs.
We strongly endorse the use of quality management best practice regarding internal services and products. The aim of our project quality management programme is to establish and enable guidelines to help improve the predictability and consistency of our products, commissioning and build life-cycle.
We design and build our modular buildings based on the effective used of A & A+ rated materials according to the Green Guide to Specification. We have well established and long-term relationships with our suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
Our products and processes reach internationally recognised standards, including ISO 9000 and Agrément certification.
ISO 9000 Compliance
Extraspace Solutions has full certification of compliance with ISO 9000. Quality assessments are undertaken throughout the process of the delivery of our buildings. These include:
- Manufacturing Module Inspection Sheet
- Site Delivery Inspection Sheet
- Finishes Inspection Quality Sheet.
With this process of quality assessment throughout the process we ensure that at each stage every element of our production and delivery process is above the optimum quality standards.

Agrément Certificate
Extraspace is the only Irish offsite construction company to have Agrément certification for our buildings
To achieve this we went through an audit and testing period over three years. Areas covered include quality, maintenance and durability.
The National Standards Authority of Ireland (www.nsai.ie) was the awarding authority for our certification (Agrément Certificate number 08/0311).
