Our brief

These new school buildings consisted of one single-storey building (1,097 square metres) and three two-storey buildings (ranging from 1,116 to 1,610 square metres), and associated ground works at the following London schools:

• Bishopsford, Lilleshall Road, Morden, SM4 6DU
• Raynes Park High School, Bushey Road, SW20 9JL
• Ricards Lodge High School, Lake Road, SW19 7HB
• Rutlish School, Watery Lane, Merton Park, SW20 9AD

Extraspace Solutions successfully completed the contract for the four school . This included:

• Design and construction of the modular buildings
• Site preparation, substructure, infrastructure and superstructure works in relation to the development of the facilities
• Associated external works and drainage requirements
